🎥 Mandatory Unboxing Video

An unboxing video is required as proof for any return or refund claim related to:

- Missing items
- Wrong items delivered
The video must clearly show the package being opened for the first time without any cuts or edits.
Returns without valid unboxing proof will not be accepted.

❌ Non-Returnable Items
